Pasta - 200 g
Parmesan cheese - 150 g
All purpose flour - 50 g
Butter 🧈 - 150 g
Mozzarella cheese - 100 g
cheddar - 75 g
Italian seasoning - 50 g
Dried basil leaves - 20 g
Onion - 1 [ finely chopped ]
Garlic - 5 nos [ finely chopped ]
Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
Milk🥛 - 200 ml
Recipe procedure:
First of all taker saucepan and gas on. Add a olive oil into the pan . Add a finely chopped onion and finely chopped garlic and stir until the raw smell goes to the mix. Once the onion and garlic are wilted take it apart and butter in the same bowl and add a 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour and mix it well and then add a milk into the mix. Mix it well to combine the all purpose flour and milk.
Medium heat with 2 minutes boil the mixer. Add a 150 g of parmasan cheese and 100 g of mozzarella cheese into the mixer and stir until combined to the mixer. Take a another sauce pan add a 2 cup of water 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of oil and pour the pasta shells. Boil the pasta to 15 minutes with medium heat. Once the pasta is cooked strain the pasta water. Add the pasta into a creamy white sauce. Add Italian seasoning and dried basil leaves. Mix the pasta and sauce well . 2 minutes after switch off the gas .
Presentation:
Take black colour flot plate to pour the pasta 🍝 to the centre of the plate and on top of the pasta grinder parmasan cheese 🧀 and put a mint leaves on top of the pasta and serve it.
