Cauliflower - 250 g
Onion - 1 [finely chopped]
Green pees - Half cup

Recipe procedure:
Peel and squash the cauliflower, Grate it and cut it into small pieces. Add salt and turmeric powder to warm water and strain it. Two teaspoon of oil in the frying pan and fry mustard seed with the aniseed, ginger garlic paste.Fry the ginger garlic paste until it goes it's own smell.
Add in the pan onion, tomato, green chili and fry it. Then add the cauliflower, green pees add salt, chili powder and stir until well combined to onion and tomato. Then slightly sprinkle the water and leave well until the green smell goes. The cauliflower sapji was ready to eat.
Presentation:
Pour the cauliflower sabzi into a medium size bowl and slightly sprinkle a finely chopped coriander leaves. And it ready to serve the recipe.
